At a Tuesday press conference following the weekly Democratic Caucus meeting, [Majority Whip Jim] Clyburn ... said Waters had not informed him that she is actively working against the spending bill. "I beg to differ that there's anybody whipping [against] this bill ... I think I would know if there was whipping taking place against this bill," Clyburn said.
