The three officers accused of wrongful death in the Bronx shooting of Sean Bell in 2006 were acquitted of all charges this morning. The 51 bullets that killed Bell and wounded his companion accounted for almost ten percent of those discharged by the entire NYPD that year. Are these cops just trying to be thorough?
