I suspected the first comment was sarcasm after reading it, and when I clicked through and saw it was left by a NYC artist my hunch was confirmed.

This is pretty funny. But the first thing I thought when I read the title was, "Yes, I'm pretty certain Joe Biden does listen to Foreigner. And unleashes a bad-ass air guitar for 'Juke Box Hero.'"
