Slideshow: Tourists In Space

Hungarian-born software engineer Charles Simonyi departed
aboard a Space Adventures flight from the Baikonur cosmodrome in
Kazakhstan on Thursday. Although Simonyi would not disclose the price
of the trip, his second, he says that prospective space tourists can
now buy a Space Adventures seat for the price of $35 million.

In today's TNR slideshow, we profile those who have paid to leave our humble little planet.
