Was Giuliani In 'Sophie's Choice'?

Seeing the young, be-follicled Rudy in the Times today reminded me of this old "Separated at Birth" from SPY Magazine. Rudy's on the left and Meryl Streep's on the right ... or is it the other way around? Either way, I'm a little turned on.
