Q: What happened to all the past issues I downloaded to my iPad?

A: Unfortunately, all magazine issues prior to February 2013 are not compatible with our current iPad app. Most articles, however, from past magazine issues should be available on our website and/or in our archives.

Q: Can I receive a PDF download of the current magazine?

A: We are not currently offering PDF copies of new issues of The New Republic.

Q: Can I receive a PDF download of older, archived issues?

A: Due to copyright concerns, we no longer make PDF copies of older, archived issues available.
